Kids Frocks...

Just two weeks and few days more for Diwali celebrations. And a wedding is also there after Diwali...So many sewing projects are there to complete.
 Last year I couldn't make any dresses for Diwali celebrations but this time I have planned to make some for my daughters.
 So be there to see the colorful dresses...

And for now, these are the dresses I made as gift for cute sisters.



The White frock is cotton + satin, 
the other one is cotton + silk cotton fabric.

Silk cotton Kurti...

            Hand Embroidered silk cotton kurti materials......Enhanced with stones, sequin, laces.





Amidst of household chores and other works... one keeps constantly asking questions, the other pull my legs and walk around me where ever I go...I find  sewing and embroidering more relaxing...
and the words you friends give  as  appreciation gives me  pleasure...Thank you friends
  By the way it was made on request and delivered for a friend. I am happy she loved it

Specially made....

I couldn't believe this... one full year completed...how fast the days are moving... our little girl turned ONE last weekend.

 I made some special dresses for her and her sister. Traditional pattu pavadai and a cute red frock in net cloth.

I made anarkali tops for the elder one. she is learning classical dance and  very crazy with it...
 couldn't stand still for  a single minute without trying her steps...

Drawstring pouches


 My daughter needed some gifts for her friends. Little girls will always love small pouches and bags so  I made these  drawstring pouches.

Back to sewing...




Hello friends, Started sewing after a long break.
 Its tough to find time for my hobbies but now I have planned to spend some time and somehow made it success and so there are some things to share with you. First comes the red frock.
 I made this for my sister to gift her friend's daughter. Hope this is lovely. 
As usual I love it since red is my favorite color.



I made some more dresses and soon I will share it here.
